Personal information: Various information recorded in electronic or other ways that can be used alone or in combination with other information to identify an individual or reflect specific personal activities.
Personal sensitive information: including personal biometric data, communication records and content, health information, transaction information, and precise location information. When we provide you with specific products or services that involve the collection of personal sensitive data, we will obtain your consent through significant and clear notifications before collecting any personal sensitive data related to you.
Intelligent devices refer to non-standard computing devices produced or manufactured by hardware manufacturers, which have human-machine interfaces and can transmit information through wireless networks, including smart home appliances, smart wearable devices, smart air purification devices, etc.
Application: Refers to a mobile application provided by Field Controls Co that can help end users remotely control intelligent devices and connect to the supplier's Internet of Things (IoT) platfor.
What personal information do we collect.
In order to provide you with our services, we will require you to provide the necessary personal data for such services. If you do not provide personal data, we cannot provide you with corresponding products or services.
1. The information you voluntarily provided to us
· Account Data: When you register or log in to our account, we will collect your account and contact information, such as your email address, phone number, username, and login credentials. During your interaction with our products, we will further collect your nickname, avatar, country code, language preference or time zone information in your account.
· Feedback: When you use the feedback and suggestion features in our product, we will collect your email address, phone number, and feedback content to promptly address your issues and device malfunctions.

If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic services of FC welSPACE, but you will not be able to obtain the user experience that these additional services bring to you. 1)Additional services based on location information:
When you enable the positioning function of your mobile device through system authorization and use location-based services, we will collect and use your location information for you to use FC welSPACE for network distribution with smart devices. And when you use our specific products or services (such as weather services), based on your consent, we will collect real-time accurate or imprecise geographic positioning information about you. You can turn off the location service in the system of your mobile device and stop us from collecting information about your location.。
2)Additional services based on cameras/cameras:
You can use this function to scan codes after enabling camera/camera permissions to add devices you have purchased, capture videos, and other functions. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable camera/camera permissions, we will only obtain information when you actively scan code, shoot, or use the camera/camera.
3) Additional services for accessing and uploading images/videos based on photo albums (image/video libraries):
You can use this function to upload your photos/images/videos after enabling the album permission, in order to achieve functions such as changing the avatar, reporting device usage issues, and providing proof. When you use features such as avatars, we will not recognize this information; But when you report a device usage issue, we will locate your issue based on the photos/images you upload.
4) Additional services related to microphone based voice technology:
After enabling the microphone permission, you can use the microphone to achieve voice functions, such as shooting videos, awakening voice assistants, etc. In these functions, we will collect your voice information to identify your command requirements. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to enable microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click on the microphone icon in the app or record a video.
5) Additional services based on storage permissions:
We apply to you for this permission in order to ensure the stable operation of the client. After you enable our permission to read/write to your device's storage, we will read or write necessary information such as images, files, and crash log information from or to your device's storage space to provide you with information publishing or local recording of crash log information.
You understand and agree that the above additional services require you to enable access to your location information (geographic location), camera (camera), album (picture library), microphone (voice), contact book, calendar, and/or phone status on your device, in order to collect and use the information involved in these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions one by one in your device settings, and decide whether these permissions can be turned on or off at any time.
Please note that if you enable any permission, it means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide you with corresponding services. If you close any permission, it means that you have cancelled the authorization. We will no longer continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor will we be able to provide you with the services corresponding to that permission. For example, the air quality information detected by the air box and the images or videos captured by the intelligent camera will be collected.
